napfa
It's our turn for napfa next week. I cannot train for napfa liao. Stretch too hard for the sit and reach liao. Backache, stomachache and leg ache. Very diff to laugh also..Sian. More than 3 days liao. Need to look for die1 da3 jiu3 le. wahahaha. Hope i get a Gold this year cuz i never get before. haha. I'm so mai li this year. Decide not to eat before Pe for the 2.4 km run. And the sit and reach... Po1 chu1 qu4 liao!! Hope i go over the black box thing. Then i get 5 pts easily.. Wah and the jumping board thing only heng heng get 160-170cm. The shuttle run very diff to get lei. Cuz.. i compete with hc and yiyan that time i grab the air instead of the bean bag. Wasted 2s. CANNOT!! I almost want to grab liao. 火冒三丈!! I want 11s for shutter run. 像当年, primary school i run very fast one lea, after recess run in parade square de. Which is not good la. After joining my cca... haiz. kind of slack now. ta ha ha.
Sit and reach- 5pts
Shuttle - 3-4 pts
Pull ups - 1 pt (Hope i get 2 pts if i pull until 7)
2.4km - 5pts
jumping- 1-2pts
situp - 5pts
ah la mak. silver/Gold! ... =(
